If she does not desire admittance, or is refused it, 1000 pence are to be given at Abba's funeral for his resting-place. Annual grant of 50 ambers of malt, 6 ambers of meal, 3 weys of lard and cheese, 400 loaves, 1 bullock and 6 sheep.

Transaction S1482    Abba 7, reeve, to Heregyth 1, his wife, Ealhhere 7, his brother, Æthelwald 24, his kinsman, Freothomund 2 and Canterbury, Christ Church 1; bequest of his lands. The land was to be passed to his child (should he have one) and his wife provided she did not marry; if she does Abba 7's kinsmen are to have his land and she is to have hers. If she enters a convent or journeys south then Ealhhere 7 and Æthelwald 24 are to give her 2000 and to take the land, and 50 ewes and 5 cows are to be given to Lyminge 1 on her behalf. The land was then to pass to Ealhhere 7 and Æthelwald 24, then to Freothomund 2, then to his sisters' sons, then, should his family die out, to Canterbury, Christ Church 1.
