Description	King William 1 notifies Bishop Remigius 1 of Lincoln, William 3 fitzOsbern and all his French and English officials and faithful men of Hertfordshire that he has granted and confirmed to the abbey of Westminster the manor of Aldenham, Herts., which consists of 10 hides, with everything belonging to it as it was held in the time of King Edward 15 and his predecessors, and as it was sworn in King William 1’s time that the abbey had long held it.
