*@Lapidge 1996, p. 371 comments: 'We may assume that the tomb and epitaph of Tatwine 2 were found in the church proper of SS. Peter and Paul at Canterbury (together with those of Theodore and Berhtwald).'
*@Lapidge 1996 (loc. cit) observe that the epitaph printed by Dugdale in Monasticon Anglicanum 1.82 'is almost certainly a Norman product' as is also probably a fragmentary poem on Tatwine 2 (most likely an extract from a longer poem on the archbishops of Canterbury) printed by H. Wharton in Anglia Sacra (London, 1691), ii.71.
